A lot of time has passed again. FX-Foundry has had two releases in the mean time. I have a new pack of scripts to sort somewhere and a bug to fix…

Another small victory for myself has come to pass. First bits of my code went to GIMP SVN recently. I’m very happy about that.

Wikipedia is falling out of my focus fast. Its too much pain for too little effect. Wikipedia is like sausage. You can like it but you will not feel the same about it once you have seen it made from start. Your sausages used to be live animals you know. You can imagine what kind of animal became your sausage but their personality is gone. The same thing happens to facts on Wikipedia.
My desire to fix things, all things i see broken, is till there. I fixed some electrical wiring at my friends house because her husband is clueless about electricity, “fixed” her router to work as switch on top of its connection providing router, tried to teach her teenager daughter not whine and his hyperactive boy to not try to fool everybody all the time or get attention or he wont be believed when he really needs to be believed… I know its not really my business to try to teach her kids but life’s lessons are hard enough as is, some pointers can only help. I took apart my cars rear brakes, because workshop would have been way too expensive and because I was curious. Turned out I needed more parts to get it back together and fixed and it would have cost me a fortune to keep it in the workshop while the parts arrived…

Ive tried to fix my own life too. It remains to be seen if it will work out that way or not…
